On June 23, the Seoul District Court held a final hearing to announce the court's ruling on the lawsuit between former duo TASTY and Woollim Entertainment's parent company SM C&C.

The court announced, "All lawsuits filed by the plaintiff (TASTY) have been rejected. All fees accrued on account of the lawsuits will be charged to the plaintiff's side."
In August of 2015, Chinese male duo TASTY filed a lawsuit asking SM C&C for a contract termination. Neither side has yet to speak up about the court's new ruling.
