On August 18, O3 Collective, the agency founded by Junho, officially revealed its name and mission, stating: “Our name reflects the three pillars that move organically to create one creative orbit — the artist’s identity (One), the originality of content (Original), and the system of management (Orbit).”
The agency added, “We envision a team-based brand system where artists, content, and staff all become the main players. Beyond a traditional management company, we aim to build a business lab centered on IP, capable of limitless expansion, to design and achieve growth together with everyone involved."
Notably, Yang Hye Young — formerly of CJ ENM’s Brand Strategy Office and Live Entertainment Division, where she successfully led innovative projects — will join as co-founder of O3 Collective. Alongside Junho, long-time staff members and promising new talent from the management industry are expected to create strong synergy.
Debuting in 2008 as a member of 2PM, Junho has received global love both as part of the group and as a solo artist. Since his film debut in 'Cold Eyes' (2013), he has showcased solid acting skills and international box office appeal through dramas such as 'Good Manager', 'The Red Sleeve', and 'King the Land', earning his reputation as a trusted actor.
In the second half of this year, Junho will return to the screen with tvN’s drama 'Typhoon Boss' and the Netflix original series 'Cashero', heightening anticipation for his acting transformations in each role.
In addition, on August 19, Junho will launch his fan community and official second-term membership on global fandom platform Weverse, continuing close communication with his fans.
With Junho’s wide-ranging activities across music, dramas, and performances, expectations are high for the new chapter he will write together with O3 Collective.
