Big Bang members have reunited to celebrate their 19th debut anniversary.
On August 19, Daesung’s YouTube channel ZIP DAESUNG released a teaser video titled 'Big Bang 19th Anniversary Home Sweet Home Party' ahead of the full episode premiere on August 22.
The pre-release clip opened with G-Dragon, who took on the role of MC in place of Daesung, the channel’s host. Sitting down with his trademark wit, G-Dragon quipped, “I heard there are some old kids here. This is home. Let’s go.”
He then introduced his fellow members with playful banter. Describing Taeyang, he said, “He’s full of charisma and always shines on stage, but he’s also the most unique one.” Turning to Daesung, G-Dragon added with a grin, “There’s too much to say about this guy… let’s just say he’s naughty,” sparking laughter. When Daesung asked to be introduced more normally, G-Dragon joked, “Who told me to do this? To be the MC?” further lightening the atmosphere.
Reuniting after a long time, the three members commemorated the milestone by lighting candles on a 19th-anniversary cake. They also joked about renaming the program ZIP DAESUNG to ZIP DAESSUNG for the occasion.
The celebration doesn’t stop there. The group also invited close friends to join the party, including former YG labelmate CL of 2NE1, Seventeen’s Hoshi, actor Go Kyung Pyo, Son Na Eun, and dancer Deukie, raising anticipation about the stories and moments they will share.
The full episode of ZIP DAESSUNG featuring the Big Bang reunion will premiere on August 22 at 6 p.m.
