The head of�Ent102, DJ DOC's Kim Chang Ryul,�revealed who was behind the name of the agency's upcoming idol group, Wonder Boyz.

At the press conference for season 4 of SBS MTV's 'Ta-Dah!' on September 11, Kim Chang Ryul shared that fellow DJ DOC member Lee Ha Neul came up with the name:�"Lee Ha Neul hyung decided on the name. When we were young, there was a game called 'Wonder Boys'. When we saw the Wonder Boyz members, we felt they were [popping with energy], so we gave them the name to go with a fun, bright, and cheery theme."

He also discussed the inevitable comparison to the Wonder Girls: "Some are saying that it's like we're parodying the Wonder Girls, but we decided on the name after Ha Neul hyung came up with it."

Kim Chang Ryul later added, "To be honest, I want to be like J.Y. Park. It was him that spread the Wonder Girls name globally, and I named the Wonder Boyz so that they can be known worldwide as well."

The first broadcast of 'Ta-Dah!' featuring the Wonder Boyz will air on September 18th.
