Changjo of TEEN TOP has openly confirmed that he is currently in a relationship with rapper Kasper.
On January 5, Changjo shared a lengthy message via his Instagram Story, personally addressing fans about the news. He wrote that while some may already know and others may be surprised, he wanted to share the update himself whenever a meaningful change occurs in his life. He explained that he did not want to treat the matter lightly and chose to speak only after his thoughts and emotions were more settled.
Reflecting on his past, Changjo described periods of emotional and mental instability during his long career, noting that his partner has been someone who helped him grow positively and offered steady support. He emphasized that his relationship does not change his dedication to music or performing, adding that he now feels more emotionally stable and better able to focus on the stage and the music he loves.

Acknowledging that some fans may feel conflicted or disappointed, Changjo said he understands those feelings and promised to continue making sincere efforts to connect with fans. He thanked both supporters and those who expressed concern, pledging to repay them with good music and strong performances.
Changjo debuted in 2010 as a member of TEEN TOP and he is known for his versatility across singing, rap, dance, producing, and acting. He has remained active across music, performances, and broadcasts. After completing his military service last May, Changjo returned to activities and successfully wrapped up his first solo Asia fan meeting tour.
Most recently, TEEN TOP held their 15th anniversary encore concert on December 31 at Yonsei University’s Grand Auditorium in Seoul. Changjo is also set to hold another encore concert in Taipei on March 7.
