MONSTA X member Jooheon has released a performance video for his new song.
On January 6 KST, his agency Starship Entertainment unveiled the performance video for the title track “STING (Feat. Muhammad Ali)” from Jooheon’s new release via MONSTA X’s official YouTube channel.
In the video, Jooheon delivers a powerful performance in a space defined by rugged concrete structures, showcasing a hip and edgy styling that amplifies the intense energy unique to “STING.” Moving fluidly to the rhythm before unleashing explosive impact during the highlight sections, he commands the stage with overwhelming presence.
The choreography for “STING” elevates real boxing techniques—such as weaving and swaying—into dynamic dance movements, adding visual excitement. Jooheon synchronizes seamlessly with the dancers to complete the powerful routine, while his vivid facial expressions heighten immersion and intensity.
“STING” is a pop- and hip-hop–based track that most precisely embodies Jooheon’s symbolic image of a “bee.” By referencing quotes from Muhammad Ali, the song converges Jooheon’s artistic identity and instinct, encapsulating the overarching narrative of the album.
Following the album’s release on January 5, all tracks—including the title song—entered major domestic music charts. “STING” debuted on Melon’s HOT100 chart and reached No. 3 on the real-time Bugs Chart, signaling a strong start.
