Younha's trial date confirmed for the 28th

Singer Younha who is currently battling a lawsuit with her agency Lion Media will return to court on the 28th. According to Seoul Central District Court, Younha and Lion Media will both appear in court on October 28th at 2:30PM KST. A representative from Lion Media informed TVReport on the 18th, "It is true that the court date has been confirmed for the 28th... we are currently still in the process of negotiations and therefore cannot release any detailed information. Due to conflicting opinions, we are forced to battle this out in court." The court attempted three different times to mediate conflicts between�Younha and her agency,�Lion Media, but the two parties could not come to a consensus. Younha took legal action against her agency stating she wanted to be reimbursed the $348,000 that she was not properly paid.
