Eric Nam hosted a 'V' live streaming on July 14, where Tablo phoned in to talk because he was the one who wrote the lyrics to the new song "Can't Help Myself."
Tablo explained the reason behind writing the lyrics for the song: "He gives off the feeling of being an exemplary student, and he seems like a man that I would want my daughter to marry - not my daughter, but parents would want their daughter to marry, so only kind words came to my mind." He added that he happened to be watching 'SNL Korea' and asked Eric Nam how it'd be to write lyrics based on a segment, which Eric Nam liked, and that is how the lyrics came to be.

Eric Nam also talked about Tablo: "While we were talking about music, he said to me that if I told him I needed lyrics, he would write them for me whenever. That's something people could just say, isn't it? But as soon as I asked him, he did so right away, so I was grateful."
