PLAVE has partnered with the Seoul Metropolitan Government to lead an anti-drug campaign targeting young people and teenagers.
The group participated in the campaign video for “You use, you lose”, delivering a heartfelt message. In the video, the members shared, “If you’re going through a tough time, we hope our music brings you some comfort. Don’t make the wrong choice—let’s overcome this together,” calling out warmly to viewers.
With drug-related crimes increasingly affecting younger age groups, Seoul City chose PLAVE as the campaign ambassador, believing the group could authentically connect with the youth. A city official explained, “PLAVE’s sincere and pure message is expected to resonate deeply with young people.”
What sets this campaign apart is its fan-driven format. PLLI, the official fandom of PLAVE, is taking part through social media challenges, hashtag certifications, and relay messages of support—creating a ripple effect to spread drug prevention awareness among peers. These efforts aim to integrate the message of “You use, you lose” naturally into the daily lives of teenagers.
The campaign video was released on August 18th via the official Seoul City YouTube channel and is being broadcast across more than 120 digital billboards throughout the city, including Media Poles on Gangnam-daero, K-POP Square Artium, city buses, apartment TVs, and social media platforms.
Meanwhile, PLAVE was recently appointed as the promotional ambassador for ‘2025 Startup Seoul’. Following their successful Seoul concert, they have kicked off their first Asia tour, ‘DASH: Quantum Leap’.
