Highlight will be releasing a fan song in celebration of their 16th debut anniversary.
Around Us Entertainment announced on October 13 that Highlight will drop a new single titled 'Rainbow' on October 16. This marks the group's first release in six months since their 6th mini-album, 'From Real to Surreal,' back in April.
The upcoming single 'Rainbow' is a special track prepared to commemorate Highlight's 16th anniversary, expressing the group's gratitude and sincerity toward their fans.
The agency stated, "Highlight has consistently gifted their fandom, LIGHT, with heartfelt fan songs over the years. This year as well, they promise eternity with another warm and sincere message," adding, "Fans can look forward to the members’ unwavering chemistry and special love for their fans."
Recently, Highlight successfully wrapped up their 'RIDE or DIE' solo concert tour across seven cities in Asia, including Seoul, Taipei, Macau, Manila, Tokyo, Bangkok, and Kuala Lumpur.
Following the special single release, the group will also take the stage at the Dingo Music 'Killing Voice' concert at the Jamsil Indoor Stadium in Seoul on October 18.
Meanwhile, Highlight's new single 'Rainbow' will be released on October 16 at 6 PM KST through various music streaming platforms.
