Annie of ALLDAY PROJECT is drawing attention after performing lyrics that appear to reference criticism about her privileged background.
On March 10, Krafton released the music video for 'I Don't Bargain' a collaboration track created to celebrate the ninth anniversary of the video game PUBG: Battlegrounds.
The song reflects the survival philosophy that the game has maintained over the years. Its lyrics highlight themes such as underdog spirit, survival, and an uncompromising competitive mindset, which are core values associated with the game.
Notably, the track was co written by singer producer Vince (producer) of The Black Label, along with members of ALLDAY PROJECT.

The music video introduces the group members one by one, but Annie’s rap verse has drawn particular attention. In her lines she raps:
“Diamond spoon stir up the pot,”
“They say I paid makin’ me really wanna,”
“Now I gotta pave the way they’ll never walk on.”
Many listeners interpreted the lyrics as a reference to the “gold spoon” controversy that has followed Annie since before her debut. The line suggesting that people say she “paid” for success has especially sparked discussion, with some seeing it as a direct response to criticism.
Annie previously attracted public attention after it became known that she is the granddaughter of Lee Myung hee, honorary chairwoman of Shinsegae Group, and the daughter of Chung Yoo kyung. Her background led to criticism from some who questioned whether her debut was influenced by privilege.
Amid the ongoing discussion, Annie’s participation in writing the lyrics for “I Don’t Bargain” and the inclusion of bold, self referencing lines have once again drawn public interest.

Meanwhile, Annie is currently studying art history and visual arts at Columbia University. She recently returned to campus to focus on her studies and is expected to complete her degree after finishing the spring semester in May.
