Actor Ji Chang Wook has once again drawn attention online after a humorous moment involving a fan’s autograph notebook.
Recently, a video titled “Ji Chang Wook taking a fan’s notebook again” began circulating on online communities and social media.
The clip shows Ji Chang Wook greeting fans who were waiting outside the venue of the Tom Ford show during Paris Fashion Week 26 F/W in Paris, France. The actor warmly responded to autograph requests, smiling and signing items for fans.
However, after finishing the autograph, Ji Chang Wook returned the pen but accidentally walked away still holding the fan’s notebook, creating a funny moment that quickly spread online.
A similar incident previously occurred in 2024 during a stage greeting for the film Revolver. At the time, Ji Chang Wook signed a fan’s notebook and unknowingly walked away with it, returning only the pen. The clip went viral and became known among fans as the “notebook incident.” His agency even posted a lighthearted notice trying to locate the fan involved.

When the new video surfaced about two years later, fans reacted with playful comments such as “He’s a repeat offender,” “How will he return it now that it happened overseas,” and “A new type of notebook theft.” Others responded affectionately, calling the moment “adorable.”
Meanwhile, Ji Chang Wook is set to appear in the upcoming JTBC drama 'Human X Gumiho' (working title). The fantasy romantic comedy tells the story of a mysterious encounter between Gu Ja hong, a seductive gumiho played by Jun Ji Hyun, and Choi Seok, a man who attracts supernatural beings, played by Ji Chang Wook. Filming is scheduled to begin in mid March.
