After its global release on May 30 KST, global boy group NCT Dream's brand new album 'Beatbox' has successfully entered various iTunes song charts across the globe.
First, 'Beatbox' debuted at #3 on the worldwide iTunes album chart and landed at #14 on the European iTunes album chart. It also hit #1 on iTunes 'Top Album' chart in 11 countries, including India, Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, Russia, Singapore, Thailand, Turkey, Vietnam, and more, as of May 31 KST. It also successfully landed on U.S. iTunes 'Top Album' chart at #10.
In particular, the album's title track "Beatbox" debuted at #11 on the worldwide iTunes song chart and had reached #1 on iTunes 'Top Song' chart in various countries, including Indonesia, Mongolia, Thailand, and Vietnam. Further, other tracks from the album that entered the worldwide iTunes song chart include "To My First" at #26, "On The Way" at #29, and "Sorry, Heart" at #30.
Meanwhile, 'Beatbox' is NCT Dream's repackage of their 2nd full-length album 'Glitch Mode.' The album wrapped up its first-day sales with 364,234 copies sold on Hanteo, becoming the group's 5th-best-selling album on the first day of release.
