Soyu stated, "There is no problem among us nor are we ending on a bad term. We all hope to come together in the future". Hyorin also added, "We have yet to decide on any individual promotions, and I think this will be a good time for us put in as much effort as possible toward our personal goals. We promised our fans we will continue to be the best as we can be in our own areas and continue to grow."

Hyorin further shared, "In the past, when we were asked what our most memorable moment was, we answered, 'Our very first concert'. However, I don't think that's the case anymore. I think it's now. I don't think we've ever been praised as much as now. Many have told us 'Thank you' and the positive feedback made me realize 'Wow, I'm really blessed to be given all this love'".

After debuting back in 2010 with "Push Push", SISTAR continued garner support and fans all over the world through hits like "So Cool", "Loving U", "Touch my Body", "Alone", and "Shake It".

hmm they used the word "Hope to come together" instead of "We will surely come back together" meaning there is a chance it wont happen. i had wished they gave the fans something to look forward to and say they will or promise to come back together.

I had a feeling since last year they'd break up. Being in a group can honestly become creative suffocation. You're not allowed to really showcase your individuality or creativity without discussing with the other members, now they'll be an able  shine a little more solo.  I'll miss them as a group but I'm anticipating their new careers individually! 😘

As a fan I'm so glad Hyorin feels that way. That she sees all the thank yous and the gratitude, the love, and how much all K-Pop fans will miss SISTAR. I feel like SISTAR is one of those groups that any K-Pop fan likes regardless of the groups they stan which I also feel like is a reason why SISTAR never had a bigger fanbase (at least in Korea bc when officially joining a fandom, you can only be instated into one). They achieved so much, gave us consistent comebacks with summer jams, not a single bad title track in their entire discography. On top of that, they're all disbanding amicably and in agreement and the relationships they have with each other are genuine compared to other girl groups which I won't name, but it's obvious. So again, #ThankYouSISTAR I feel lucky and happy as a fan as I also got to see you perform live and even meet you. I will never forget the memories and cherish them.

I'm hopeful with these ladies that we'll see them together in the future for some reunion of sort.

As sad as this is, I have to say. If you gotta go, this is the way to do it. I'm gonna miss these ladies... a lot.
