Initially, Kim Chaewon's recent reunion video with her dog Shiro went viral on X. In fact, many global netizens felt that the video was quite "weird and nasty", triggering various negative responses. 

Due to the virality of Kim Chaewon's video and the reactions of global fans, some netizens even brought up similar incidents, fueling the debate further. 

Among Korean netizens, opinions were somewhat divided.

"I thought the vid was somewhat off-putting too."
