Singer JungGiGo made a guest appearance on SBS Power FM 'Choi Hwa Jung's Power Time' on April 28,�where he talked about dieting.

"I lost 10 kilograms. There's no secret behind it, you just have to not eat and exercise," he claimed.
JungGiGo continued, "I also lost 15 kilograms while I was promoting "Some". I tend to eat a lot during my off seasons. Since I like to drink and enjoy hanging out with friends, I gain more weight during those times. That's why I don't meet with anyone when I need to go on a diet."
