NCT's Mark opened up about being an idol rapper.
On the March 31 airing of 'School Rapper', the finalists prepared for their final match. The topic for the stage was 'letter'.
Mark decided to write a message or a letter to fellow high schoolers. While in a discussion about the final stage, Mark's mentor Xitsuh asked Mark if he ever struggled due to the stereotype against idol rappers.

Mark answered, "Honestly, I felt it a little in the beginning. It was hard because of that perspective." And he added, "That made me practice harder and changed my mindset."
