Chodan, a member of the girl band QWER, will once again go on a break to focus on recovery due to ongoing knee pain.
On August 19th KST, her agencies Three Y Corporation and Prism Filter released an official statement via social media, saying, “Chodan has continued to experience knee pain and recently received a professional medical evaluation. Based on the results, she has been advised by doctors to focus on rehabilitation and recovery for the time being.”
They added, “Accordingly, we have decided to prioritize her treatment and rehabilitation so that she can recover fully.”
As a result, Chodan will not participate in the upcoming '2025 K-WORLD DREAM AWARDS'. Although she will attend the DearMyMuse fansign event, she will not be performing with the band during that appearance.
Previously, Chodan temporarily halted activities in June following the release of QWER’s third mini-album ‘I’m on Your Side, Even If the World Is Out of Tune’, due to knee pain.
