In my humble opinion... twice shouldnt be first... or so high.. they're still lacking music quality.. BLOCK B however.. its ur time to shine guys. Block b's whole album is literally gold<33 im waitin for akmu to slay it too =D

it's all about music taste anyway. u said twice lack of music quality but in fact the market love it. it's just not ur type but a lot of people love it. :)

Seventeen at #12 with Pretty U! So glad to see that people are now also buying/streaming their songs, and not only buying their albums! Adore You never charted, and Mansae only reached #94.

It's weird that how can someone/ a group can reach the high number of physical album but so bad at digital album, or high in digital but got so bad at physical. It's hard to explain but the gap between the two must be not that much.

Daenae anonymusAN Saturday, May 7, 2016

It's not really that weird when you think about the Korean market. Mainstream physical album sales are as good as dead - most general consumers either purchase digital singles/albums, or simply stream them. The only acts that still sell physical copies are idols, or older acts with older followers who are still used to buying physical product. How much physical copies an idol act manages to sell depends mostly on how big their fanbase is (and how many different editions there are of a release). Digital song downloads and, to a much greater extent, streams reveal mainstream popularity. That's why there are acts that sell a shit ton of albums but chart very low on digital formats (big fanbase, little mainstream support) and acts that manage to chart highly on digital formats (big mainstream support), but barely sell any albums (See San E last year with the difference between his album's sales and the success of the song Me You). If you're lucky, you manage to balance the two!

are you korean?can u explain in the easiest way? in my opinion, the idol can reach the digital sell than the physical is more acceptable. because most of the fan took it easy and efficience since nowadays is all about gadget thingy. but i dont think that their fandom only bought the physical ones. they must bought both of physical and digital. if not, there's must be that too many of them that only bought the physical ones or the digital ones. as example, the following idol like eunji, lovelyz, block b, twice, the gap was not that much. but it's so weird for seventeen because seventeen is the same as twice, lovelyz, etc ass idol group but the consumer behaviour is so............. unacceptable. sorry if i hurt the seventeen's fans but i just curious and gave my opinion :)

*there's must NOT be that too manyof them that only bought the physical ones or the digital ones.

I would be happy if my album sold more than a digital single, i mean some people might only like a certain song and will spend money to only buy that song even though they are a fan of the artist or group what ever, they might not like the songs on their album, but then their are big fans who go and buy multiple copies of a digital single.

anonymusAN shyloone Monday, May 9, 2016

for me, it's better it sold both digital and physycal
