Lisa of BLACKPINK, who recently hinted at the group’s full-member comeback, has sparked concern among fans over a possible health issue.
On June 30 KST, Lisa posted a series of photos from her trip to Japan on her personal social media account. Dressed in a simple black ribbon t-shirt and a midi skirt, she completed her look with rimless glasses, a denim shoulder bag, and white mules, giving off a soft vintage vibe.
However, what caught the most attention was a short video clip showing her ear. The video, shared without any caption or explanation, revealed blood and discharge coming from inside her ear—leaving fans shocked and worried.
Comments from fans included:
“What happened all of a sudden?”,
“Her ear is bleeding,”,
“Hope she takes care of her health,”,
“Is it from a piercing?”, and
“If there’s discharge, it might be an old wound—please let us know what’s going on.”
This incident comes amid ongoing tension between Lisa’s fans and YG Entertainment. Just days earlier, fans had accused the agency of racial discrimination against Lisa.
On June 26, YG released the official trailer for BLACKPINK’s upcoming world tour titled “DEADLINE” via its official channels. Some Lisa fans expressed outrage that she lacked proper close-up shots compared to other members, claiming it to be yet another instance of unequal treatment.
One fan wrote, “This is racial discrimination. Lisa deserves respect and an official apology from YG. This isn’t the first time she’s been treated this way—don’t take our anger lightly.”
The post went viral on platforms like X (formerly Twitter), being retweeted thousands of times.
YG Entertainment has yet to respond to the mounting criticism.
Meanwhile, BLACKPINK is scheduled to hold their “DEADLINE” World Tour concerts on July 5–6 at the Goyang Sports Complex Main Stadium, further heightening fan anticipation—and concern.
