MONSTA X successfully kicked off the Asia leg of their world tour with a concert in Bangkok.
On March 7 local time, the group held “2026 MONSTA X WORLD TOUR ‘THE X : NEXUS’ IN BANGKOK” at Thunderdome Muang Thong Thani in Thailand.
The performance marked the opening show of MONSTA X’s Asia tour for their new world tour “THE X : NEXUS.” It was also their first solo concert in Thailand in about seven years, following their 2019 world tour “WE ARE HERE.”
Welcomed by enthusiastic cheers from MONBEBE, the group’s official fan club, MONSTA X opened the show with ‘DRAMARAMA.’ They continued the energy with powerful performances of hit title tracks including ‘Love Killa’ and ‘Rush Hour,’ followed by ‘LONE RANGER’ and ‘Catch Me Now.’
The members greeted fans in Thai, showing their efforts to connect more closely with the local audience. They then presented a more emotional side with ‘MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT,’ performed using stand microphones, before showcasing diverse musical colors with ‘Deny’ and ‘AND.’
MONSTA X also performed songs from their mini album ‘THE X,’ released last September, including ‘Do What I Want’and ‘N the Front,’ as well as Jooheon’s self composed track ‘Tuscan Leather,’ delivering these songs to Thai fans for the first time.
The concert also featured individual solo stages. Shownu captivated the audience with ‘Around & Go,’ while Kihyun impressed with his powerful vocals in ‘Howling.’ Hyungwon delivered a graceful performance of ‘NO AIR,’ and Minhyukmoved fans with ‘Reaching,’ which included live guitar playing. Jooheon closed the solo segment with intense performances of ‘STING (Feat. Muhammad Ali)’ and ‘Until My Head Reaches the Sky (Feat. Tiger JK).’
The excitement continued with a medley of major hits including ‘Autobahn,’ ‘Beautiful Liar,’ ‘Alligator,’ and ‘Shoot Out.’The members also moved closer to the audience, interacting with fans before closing the night with ‘Fire & Ice.’
Fans in Thailand prepared a surprise event for the group, presenting a slogan reading “Not just the 11th anniversary, we will be together for the 100th,” along with a special VCR message that deeply moved the members.
Through their agency Starship Entertainment, MONSTA X shared their thoughts after the show, saying they were grateful to feel the same passionate energy from Thai fans after seven years and were touched by the fan event prepared by MONBEBE.
Following the Bangkok concert, MONSTA X will continue the Asia tour of “THE X : NEXUS” with their next stop scheduled in Malaysia on March 28.
