After watching her since her Produce era and hated her since she rolled her eyes on Ahn Yujin (or so I thought back then)...

The demands clearly makes Starship set her to sounds cute, fresh, and young. Knowing the demography of her fans : young children, teenagers, mommy's, grandmothers, sisters, and teachers, means that she has tons of female fans. When the fanboys come, Wonyoung sets herself as the cool, elegant and charming girl. She doesn't talk that much, keeping the reasonable distance.

However with female fans, she acts so cute, gentle, and accept the princess-like character.

To her clients, she serves them politely and professionally. Willing to do everything they want.

To the staff, she talks normally.

To her closest staff, she talks in a very friendly manner.

With IVE members, if it's truly to them (not in the scripted way), she talks to them casually. Laugh, cry, and holding their cringe together.

With Izone members, she talks gently to them actually (nowadays. Before when she was an Izone member, she acted so cutely to them).
