‘BOYS II PLANET’ contestants Chuei Li Yu and Kang Woo Jin are set to debut as a duo later this year.
On March 10, FNC Entertainment confirmed that Chuei Li Yu and Kang Woo Jin will be debuting as a duo after thorough discussion. “We plan to greet the fans—who have supported them unwaveringly—with high-quality music and performances that meet their expectations,” they said in a statement.
Chuei Li Yu and Kang Woo Jin gained attention for their distinct charms, handsome visuals, and solid skills during their appearance on Mnet’s ‘BOYS II PLANET,’ which concluded in September 2025.
Throughout the program, they demonstrated significant growth and stable performance abilities, earning love from fans for their extraordinary teamwork and synergy.
Even after the show ended, the two members continued their connection through various activities, such as filming branded content and making joint radio appearances.
Notably, they were recently selected as the “DJs of the Month” for MBC FM4U’s “Close Friends Broadcast Club,” where they are communicating with listeners throughout the month of March.
Meanwhile, Chuei Li Yu and Kang Woo Jin are currently gearing up with a goal to debut in May. The team name and specific promotion plans will be revealed sequentially at a later date.
