FIFTY FIFTY members face backlash following their latest statement

FIFTY FIFTY members issued another statement, which became a PR disaster.
On October 14th, FIFTY FIFTY released another statement claiming that the members had to be in an uncomfortable position when there was no prior notice for their investment meeting.
According to the statement, the said meeting took place on April 28th, without prior notice to the members, just a week before member Aran's gallbladder surgery and right before other members' vacation. It was also stated Aran was promised a two-month long time off to recuperate after her surgery. During the meeting, the members were in an uncomfortable position when CEO Jeon only gave affirmative and positive answers to the investor, which didn't reflect their capabilities.
Following the statement, however, many Korean netizens once again did not see any merit to their argument. Rather, it seems the statement fueled the backlash against the group.
Some of the comments include: "So I understand the hardship of having to work with poor health. Then there are two choices. 1. You quit and take time off. 2. You continue working while seeing doctors and getting treatments. I don't think you protested debuting or recording the song."
"I always read their statement whenever they release to see if there was a misunderstanding...but bro at this point, please let your lawyer or some specialist write on behalf of you. This is disastrous."
"I can't believe there isn't a single right-minded one among the four of you. Please go work at a regular job from 9 to 6."
"So do you just not work when it's right before your vacation? Make it make sense. And then it's pretty normal to upsell in an investment meeting lol No one will invest in you if you say you don't have anything."
"I think it would be more humiliating if my boss discounted my ability in front of someone else. What's wrong with upselling your ability to the other when you were there?"
"Wow, so they are complaining they were at a meeting BEFORE their vacation? lmao"
"They really pissed off the entire population who works at a regular job with a single statement."
They really have no idea, do they? When you've dug a hole and fallen in, it's a good idea to stop digging. They seem to have hired an excavator instead to continue undermining themselves and getting them deeper in with everything they do.

Someone needs to take these girls aside and tell them to shut up, they're history at this point, and they're just adding fuel to the firestorm of evidence that ATTRAKT will have when they go to court and sue the girls for breach of contract.

Do they realize that when an investor calls a meeting you literally drop everything to attend? It’s literally the most important task. And they’re complaining it was before their vacation? If it was DURING their vacation, they should have still had the mindset to attend. How do they think their paychecks, wardrobe, training, albums, staff, and travel get funded??
