All 12 LOONA members have now won their lawsuits to end their exclusive contracts with Blockberry Creative.
According to reports, the Seoul High Court have found in favor of the remaining 5 members of LOONA, Haseul, Yeojin, Yves, Olivia Hye, and Go Won, who still had ongoing lawsuits against Blockberry Creative. The court stated there were issues with the transfer of the members' contracts to Universal Japan as it was done without the written consent of the members.
Previously, Hyunjin and ViVi won their lawsuits in May of 2023, Heejin, Kim Lip, Jinsoul, and Choerry ended their contracts in January of 2023, and Chuu was removed from the girl group in November of 2022.
