LOONA's Hyunjin & Vivi reportedly win lawsuit to terminate contracts with Blockberry Creative

LOONA's Hyunjin and Vivi have reportedly won the lawsuit to terminate their contracts with Blockberry Creative.

According to reports on May 9 KST, Hyunjin and Vivi have won their latest lawsuit after filing to terminate their exclusive contracts with the agency after a partial cited judgement in their first trial, which did not accept all of their claims. If they did win the lawsuit, the two would be able to officially terminate their contracts with Blockberry Creative and leave the label. 

Previously, Chuu, Kim Lip, Heejin, JinSoul, and Choerry left Blockberry Creative after filing lawsuits to terminate their contracts. Chuu has since signed with ATRP, while Kim Lip, Heejin, JinSoul, and Choerry have signed with Modhaus.
