On September 5, LOONA released the full version of their Japanese subunit song ‘Sick Love’ performed by subunit ODD EYE CIRCLE, consisting of Kim Lip, Jinsoul, and Choerry, with the addition of member Heejin. This is their first subunit release since their 2017 album ‘Max & Match.’
This new song was previously revealed to be the ending theme song for the MBS/TBS Japanese drama “According to the Six Survivors,” adapted from the manga of the same name. The song itself is bright and catchy; thus, the upbeat sound is especially suitable to the comedic and intense nature of the drama.
The song is a pre-release track for LOONA’s upcoming 2nd Japanese comeback with a three-track EP including the title track ‘Luminous,’ subunit song ‘Sick Love,’ and the Japanese version of their debut song ‘Hi High.’
