Super Junior's Ryeowook has been confirmed for the cast of the musical 'Mary Shelley'.
The musical 'Mary Shelley' will be about the life of the writer of the same name, who wrote the classic novel 'Frankenstein'. Ryeowook has been cast as John Williams Polidori, poet Lord Byron's personal physician, and will show a complicated series of emotions felt towards Lord Byron. Many look forward to how Ryeowook will portray Polidori, a man who truly respects Lord Byron, while simultaneously feeling envy towards him.
Ryewook has gained the trust of his audiences through his steady vocals and acting skills in his previous musicals, 'Temptation of Wolves', 'High School Musical', 'Agatha', and more recently, 'Sonata of the Flame'.
The shows for 'Mary Shelley' will run from August 7 to October 31 at the KT & G Sangsang Art Hall.
