April have dropped the music video for their new track "Take My Hand"!

"Take My Hand" is the title track of April's 4th mini album 'Eternity' and tells a romantic love story. The album's concept revolves around six girls who want to be remembered forever in our hearts, and all 6 tracks are about love.
