G-Friend's Yerin says she diets for her own happiness

When asked if she felt any pressure about dieting, Yerin answered, "When I first debuted, everything related to dieting, like not eating what I wanted to eat, was hard. But it's not like that now. When I think about it, dieting is an effort I make for myself. If I lose weight, the person who benefits from that is me. When I think of it this way, dieting becomes a source of happiness. So these days, I'm able to endure it well, anticipating good results." 

The idol also tipped 'Cosmopolitan' readers on her letter 'L' stretches in which she lies on the floor and makes an L-shape with her body by raising her legs up against the wall. She said she never foregoes the stretch before bed. Anyone up for trying Yerin's 'L' stretches?
