Lee Tae Im responds to rumors of cosmetic surgery and eating disorder

The actress has been accused of undergoing cosmetic surgery due to her change in appearance. Netizens were even more convinced that she has gone under the knife when she appeared on�the April 11 episode of 'Video Star'. It's claimed that her jaw looks greatly different. On the show, Lee Tae Im also brought shock as she revealed that she only ate 3 spoons of rice per day for her diet. This led to concerns about her eating habits.�
