Jeon So Mi and Pinky of IOI sat with JTBC's 'Abnormal Summit' on November 28 and talked about their dating prohibition.
On this day, the past topic of AKB48 member Minegishi Minami crying and shaving her head in apology through a YouTube video after getting caught dating was brought up.

When asked about Korean idols dating, Jeon So Mi said, "In JYP, you can't date for three years. It's been one year for me, but I'm a bit at a loss," showing her concerns about whether the 3-year rule includes her activities in IOI. Sung Si Kyung said comfortingly, "It should include your [IOI] activities."
Pinky said, "I'm aware that it's three to four years for me." Sung Si Kyung said, "Each of you, just do whatever you want," so the girls brightly laughed. Pretty sure there are clauses included in their contracts, though...
