Project girl group C.I.V.A, including Lee Soo Min, 'Produce 101's Yoon Chae Kyung and Kim So Hee, will mainly be promoting on radio shows and events.

The group had come together through Mnet's 'God of Music 2' and had gotten a lot of love and attention through their unique concept. They even had a stage on 'M! Countdown' last week with their song "Why", and came out on 'CulTwo Show' on the 17th.

C.I.V.A's staff said, "All three members of C.I.V.A have different labels, and they don't have a label that's just for C.I.V.A activities. Right now, the three labels are matching each others' schedules for C.I.V.A schedules. Since C.I.V.A is a project group that came to be through the show, they'll be promoting not on music shows but on radios and events."

There are two reasons why C.I.V.A isn't focusing on girl groups. First is that they were made through an Mnet program, but the bigger reason is that the girls believe that since they're a project group, they shouldn't take space from another actual girl group to go on music shows.

C.I.V.A Group is under Lee & Tak Entertainment (LTE) Agency. LTE was founded by comedian-celebrities Lee SangMin and Tak JaeHoon. The group consists of members Lee SooMin (Age 32 ; NO Agency?), Kim SoHee (Age 22 ; Music Works Agency?)and Yoon ChaeKyung (Age 21 ; DSP Agency?) ... Anyway, I am NOT clear IF say SoHee and/or ChaeKyung are *still* CONTRACTED somehow with these *other* mentioned AGENCIES or not. I am *wondering* if say CHAEKYUNG is like 'on loan' somehow to LTE Agency; via some kind of business agreement that they have it with DSP Agency? OR, did *every* member of C.I.V.A sign a *new* and exclusive contract with this LTE Agency that is currently managing C.I.V.A. NO IDEA here on it. Just *very* recently, ChaeKyung did release an MV 'duet song' titled "CLOCK" with APRIL Group member ChaeWon, via DSP AGENCY as the controlling firm.

I am wondering if maybe C.I.V.A Group is more a *temporary* type Group like (PD101) IOI Group is that. Eventually, IOI Group does disappear. And I am *wondering* if maybe C.I.V.A Group is a similar situation. Where maybe ChaeKyung does eventually *return* to DSP Agency. And maybe does eventually DEBUT in *another* New Group via DSP Agency (in the future; possibly). For me, the 'nature' of C.I.V.A Group is somewhat confusing. In terms of the CONTRACT obligations of the participating C.I.V.A members.

LOL. It's just a parody show. Soomin is with them since 4 years ago as trainee. They make CIVA just for fun at first. And eventually they decided to really debut them. Their song is just a remake.

Okay, right, I do understand that C.I.V.A Group was created via that 'GOD OF MUSIC' TV Show. But again, I remain NOT CLEAR as to IF say CHAEKYUNG is *still* actually UNDER CONTRACT with DSP AGENCY somehow. I guess as long as C.I.V.A Group seems popular, then this LTE AGENCY will keep managing them and arranging TV Show and other Event jobs for them. But you get the impression that C.I.V.A Group is a *temporary* situation; just as the (PD101 TV) IOI Group is a *temporary* situation.

Yes. chaekyung is still in DSP. They will not be managed anymore by LTE because GOM2 has ended because of korean media fvckng rules. So sad I like the show. But if they will make GOM3 then I think they will be back and if the format will be the same.

Okay, THANKS to make it clear to me. About C.I.V.A Group being a 'temporary' type situation *somewhat* like IOI Group. I say it that C.I.V.A Group is somewhat a 'sub-contracting' work situation. Where say DSP Agency does agree to have CHAEKYUNG work in C.I.V.A Group for a specified time. With LTE Agency managing C.I.V.A Group appearances and promotions and what all.

Well , that's interesting

I still love how "CIVA" stands for an upgraded "DIVA". Maybe we'll eventually see "AIVA"? Lol.

"they shouldn't take space from another actual girl group to go on music shows." Well, fair enough. There are lots of groups from small companies who try their best to get a spot on music shows, and most of them do not succeed. :(

karared Monday, July 18, 2016

Fuck DSP! please debut My Chaekyung already..........................

SugarFree Monday, July 18, 2016

"There are two reasons why C.I.V.A isn't focusing on girl groups." but CIVA is the name of the girl group. This makes no sense.

michinpabo SugarFree Monday, July 18, 2016

They are more of a comedy troop than a girl group since it's all a parody.

SugarFree michinpabo Monday, July 18, 2016

I know that, but allkpop could still work on its writing. What they said doesn't make sense.

michinpabo SugarFree Monday, July 18, 2016

It's AKP. They can't even get the title right some times. lol
