Extensive details of Lee Jin Wook's exchange with the woman whom he allegedly sexually assaulted came to light recently.

New Daily released an exclusive report on July 22 which included a lengthy explanation of what 'really happened' between Lee Jin Wook and the woman. The source of the explanation was from an unidentified insider.

The source reportedly told New Daily:

"[Lee Jin Wook and the woman] met for the first time at a Seorae Village restaurant this past July 12 at 8 p.m., and they parted ways around 9 p.m. Then, at 11:49 p.m., Lee Jin Wook called the woman. Would a man call a woman he only met four hours ago late at night without having some kind of feelings [for her]?

Lee Jin Wook had good feelings about the woman, and he intended to meet her seriously. He didn't go after her one-sidedly without any feelings. You know how sparks fly between a man and a woman the first time they meet? Lee Jin Wook was like that on that day. He felt really good vibes from her. He wanted to have a serious conversation [with the woman] so that's why he dialed her straightaway.

Immediately after the whole incident blew up, [Lee Jin Wook] relayed those exact feelings in an interview, but when he looked at at the articles later, he saw that his comment of 'the woman I was thinking of meeting with interest' was changed to 'a woman he was meeting with interest.' Lee Jin Wook's side never said that the 'plaintiff is his girlfriend.'

As a result, because of the erroneous reports of media outlets, it was made to appear as if Lee Jin Wook took back what he said and lied. Lee Jin Wook has never once released an official statement, but in the media, they are painting a picture that Lee Jin Wook either changed his words around or distorted the truth, which is extremely frustrating.

The media claimed that Lee Jin Wook was the one to suggest he will fix the woman's blinds, making it seem like he made the first move, but the broken blinds is something the woman has been mentioning ever since their dinner date.

On that day, when Lee Jin Wook went to the woman's home using the address she gave him, she was wearing a revealing outfit. She was wearing a tight cotton one piece which clearly showed that she had no bra on underneath.

There is also a reason for Lee Jin Wook taking a shower [at the woman's place]. Lee Jin Wook had asked for some cleansing oil as he had rushed to the woman's home without getting the chance to erase his makeup, and the woman willingly led him into her bathroom, even erasing the makeup for him. The woman went into the bathroom first, applied cleansing water and carefully erased Lee Jin Wook's makeup. But when the woman erased it too slowly, Lee Jin Wook said he would just do it himself and washed his face. At this moment, the woman handed him a cotton t-shirt, telling him to change. That's when a thought occurred to Lee Jin Wook. That this must be a sign.

The circumstance inevitably created a mood that made [Lee Jin Wook] feel the woman's 'exceptional kindness' toward him. That's why Lee Jin Wook washed his hair and took a shower.

The woman testified to the police that 'Lee Jin Wook came out with nothing but boxer briefs on,' but Lee Jin Wook doesn't wear briefs. After he finished showering, Lee Jin Wok came out wearing a cotton tee and shorts.

After that, physical contact between them became very natural, and it led to sexual intercourse. After they had sex, the woman showed Lee Jin Wook a picture that she drew, acting just like your every day couple.

After affectionately talking with the woman and resting a bit, Lee Jin Wook showered one more time and left the woman's home on July 13 around 2:30 in the morning.

The time the woman took a picture to prove the sexual assault was on the evening of July 14, a full day after what happened. Only the woman knows what occurred during that one day.

Typically, in sexual assault cases, the victim is left with scars and the perpetrator is left with signs of resistance; though there is a bruise on the woman's body, there isn't a single scratch on Lee Jin Wook's body. I ask that you will judge this incident purely objectively."

Sign a contract before doing it next time. Yeah it sure spoils the mood but hey at least it won't spoil your reputation. Worth it.

You'll have to wait a little longer since he's with my body right now 😝

dc222a Friday, July 22, 2016

"...but Lee Jin Wook doesn't wear briefs"Okay, I have to stop there because I've always been a LJW fan and this is certainly not the first time I've had that image in my mind. =O

This is the first time I've become one of those "Oppa didn't do it" fangirls. But from what's been reported so far anyway, it just seems like they were both horny and when she realized he wasn't going to marry her or something, she decided to do this?

shannnnt dc222a Saturday, July 23, 2016

But she might have had a chance considering if he had a serious interest in her. It could have been romance but then... :\

dc222a shannnnt Saturday, July 23, 2016

Definitely no chance now. lol

lol its like reading a badly written novel

LordLiar18 Friday, July 22, 2016

I thought i was reading a novel. But let's be honest, if you don't know the girl well, would you go to fix her blinds? He could have called a specialist seriously... That's pretty stupid from him.. But i cannot blame him. He knows he's gonna have sex with her. The thing that really bothers me is the level of details this source could provide..

Obviously an excuse, all women know a man coming over at night means booty call lol.  If she didn't want sex with him then why let him come over late at night, knowing men ARE stronger then a women. States the obvious.

periwinkledomo Friday, July 22, 2016 in the world did this source know all of this? if lee jin wook told this person all this info to tell the media, why wouldn't he just tell the media himself?

kpoplolita periwinkledomo Friday, July 22, 2016

it could be their mutual friend aka the insider.

bangeryun94 periwinkledomo Friday, July 22, 2016

There is no insider. It's a Daily News gopher trying to make it to the grownup table. We don't have laws that makes news agencies accountable for the truth.

suntaehyo Friday, July 22, 2016

Sooo... Ummm... Yeah. This all just sounds dumb to me. Anyone?? Anyone else at all?? Yeah ok. BOTH sides are all over the place. It's ridiculous. Just like all these cases...

There is a new law coming in Germany that tries to protect rape survivors by saying that from the time it's signed, saying "No" and crying are enough to call rape a rape. There doesn't need to be more, no more signs of non-sexual physical abuse, no signs of resistance (for example scratch marks.) Crying and saying No mean that it wasn't consensual. And nonconsensual sex = rape. -- I really liked this actor and I will wait for the final ruling and the reasoning behind it. So my comment isn't meant to say it was or wasn't rape etc. It's just: I don't like the way they're defending him right now. It seems like one fallacy after the other. Even if she liked him or invited him.. if, at that moment, she didn't want to have sex with him.. then it's rape. If she said "no," or rather, if she didn't say "yes," then, and I hope it wasn't the case, it was rape.

nanuk xpari Friday, July 22, 2016

Does that mean you can be legally charged for rape if someone just says that you raped them? That's... kind of scary. But it's scary both ways - it's scary that if you're raped you might not be able to prove it, but it's scary that if you don't rape anyone you can be charged without proof.

shannnnt xpari Saturday, July 23, 2016

This law is ridiculous considering how people are going to be accused falsely for raping when it could have been consensual during the act.

xpari nanuk Saturday, August 6, 2016

No, there's still going to be proof required and our judges are kind of awful at times anyways PLUS our punishments are.. er.. well. Not really punishments. (See, German politician who had child porn on his computer and then he got this deal: Admitting that he had childporn on his computer means he gets no punishment, because apparently that makes sense?)

This law is just to acknowledge that rape doesn't mean holding someone at gun's point. As soon as someone doesn't consent or isn't in the position to consent, it's considered rape. Rape is not often talked about here in comparison to some other countries, though I suppose we're more advanced than most. Even open-minded Germans beyond 40 often don't believe that you can rape your spouse unless there were weapons and violence involved. Like, the concept is just so beyond them. Another example. We also have a word that's really fucking awful.. It's "Vergewohltätigung" Wohltat = benefaction/benefit.. almost to the point of charity. Vergewaltigung = Rape. Like charity rape, almost. I know of two policemen in my town who talked about a rape case in our town like that. Like, they went into a room where at the time my mom was making a statement about some traffic thing that she witnessed, and they requested a female officer for the victim and said, "Yeah, she wants a woman because she was vergewohltätigt."

So... this law doesn't mean that when the victim is questioned and says, "I said 'No,'" they will automatically be believed. It also doesn't mean that the rapist will get more than 2 months in prison. But it means that saying "No" makes it a rape. So far, that's all it does. -- BUT they're still working on that law and how to make it applicable etc.
