Super Junior's Heechul has just escalated things to the next level in the playful fight between himself and Donghae.
After weeks of jokingly threatening to sue Donghae for posting embarrassing photos of Heechul, Heechul has finally moved forward with his threat. On August 23, Heechul posted a photo of a lawsuit document to his social media, with the caption: "Are you surprised that Donghae is talking nonsense again? I will sue you, Lee Donghae."
The document was filled out realistically, with Heechul writing that he is "not related to the defendant Donghae. We are members of the same idol group and were formerly sworn brothers."

While it appears to be a real lawsuit, it's actually a joke between the two Super Junior members. The playful fight began when Donghae recently posted a series of embarrassing photos of Heechul. In response, Heechul threatened to sue Donghae, saying, "I'm not joking, I'm talking to my lawyer currently. I'll be filing a lawsuit soon."
