Billlie’s Haruna is officially ending her hiatus and returning to full group activities.
One month ago, fans were shocked to learn that Haruna had suffered a break-in. On July 25, her agency Mystic Story revealed that Haruna would immediately be going on hiatus due to this serious event: “Recently, Haruna was involved in a serious incident. An outsider used physical force to damage the front door at Haruna's residence and break in, threatening her. Immediately following the incident, we called the police and relocated Haruna, then had her visit the hospital for an examination. The examination results concluded that the artist required rest for a period of time to regain her mental stability.” Mystic Story stated that they would be pursuing full legal action against the intruder.
On August 23, the company announced that Haruna would be ending her hiatus due to her improved health. Mystic Story posted an official statement, thanking fans for their support during this difficult time:
“Hello.
This is Mystic Story.
We would like to provide an update on the health and upcoming activities of Billlie member Haruna.
Haruna has been focusing on recovery, through resting sufficiently and undergoing treatment. Due to this, her health has now improved significantly.
Based on her medical team’s opinion and Haruna’s own wishes, she will now be joining Billlie’s upcoming activities.
We would like to express our sincere thanks to the fans who have continuously sent Haruna their love and support.
We will continue to prioritize the health and safety of our artists, and do our best to ensure they can complete their activities in good health.
We ask for your continued support for Billlie.
