Yoon Min Soo has admitted that, despite being divorced, he continues to live in the same house with his ex-wife — a revelation set to air on SBS variety show ‘My Little Old Boy’ and one that has already ignited heated debate.
The controversy began with the teaser released on August 17, 2025 KST. In the preview, Yoon Min Soo confessed: “The divorce article was published last year, but the legal paperwork was only finalized about two months ago. We got married very young. Even now, we stay in touch and live together.” The clip even included footage of him in the same home, with his ex-wife’s voice audible, suggesting clear cohabitation.
This revelation carried extra weight because Yoon Min Soo had once been widely embraced as a devoted father when he and his son Yoon Hoo appeared on the hit reality show ‘Dad! Where Are We Going?’. News of the divorce had already attracted significant public attention, but the fact that he remains under one roof with his former spouse has sharply divided opinion.

Some fans reacted positively, speculating: “maybe there is still a chance for reconciliation” and “for their child, this might be the best choice.” However, many more expressed discomfort, raising suspicions of a “fake divorce” and questioning the authenticity of his announcement.
SBS fueled the controversy further by promoting the upcoming episode with provocative teasers such as “still living with his ex-wife after divorce” and “shocking confession.” Even the panel of “Mom-vengers” on the show responded with visible confusion, remarking that the situation defied social norms.
Online reactions reflected strong skepticism. Comments ranged from “this looks like a fake divorce” to “isn’t this about money or property issues?” and “how can someone publicly declare divorce and still live together?” The unease highlighted the tension between personal circumstances and public expectations of transparency.
With the broadcast scheduled for August 24, 2025 KST at 9 p.m., attention now turns to how Yoon Min Soo will address the suspicions and whether his explanation can ease the growing storm surrounding his private life.
