According to a popular Chinese media outlet, Kris's mother has stepped in to settle the ongoing controversy regarding Kris and his alleged ex-girlfriend.
It was reported that Kris's mother called the woman named Shao Gna, who continuously claimed to have dated her son. Kris's mother requested Shao Gna to "stop stirring up the issue as her son is already in a great hardship." She also asked her to change her mind, and to think from her son's position.

Despite the mother's sincere plead, Shao Gna reportedly ignored Kris's mother, and requested to talk to Kris herself. In fact, Saho Gna called Kris, but failed to talk to him as he ignored her calls.
