Brave Girls posed for and sat down for an interview with 'International bnt'!

When asked about the chemistry with the new members, they said, "The leader hasn't been chosen, but we are doing our best in the roles we are each in charge of.  The person proficient in each different part naturally becomes the leader.  Our goal is to become the Pussycat Dolls of Korea."

The girls also said, "Yuna often hears that she looks like Shin Se Kyung.  We think that their eyes are similar.  Yoojung has the most aegyo, but she's the icon of loneliness with no boyfriend.  As Minyoung is the oldest, she has a deep heart and is comfortable like a mother."

Brave Girls, who currently don't have a cell phone so they can engage in their activities, said, "No one knows when we can get a cell phone.  There are many cases in which they receive cell phones after they reach a certain goal, but we don't yet have an exact promise.  Chief Brave Brothers told us that if we became number one singers, we should stay even further away from cell phones.  We believe that he'll give us them someday."

How and the heck are you prevent an adult from having a cellphone??? He wants them to be number one then he needs to promote them right and give them hits songs. But nooo you left them in a corner for YEARS and gave all your songs to sistar AoA etc. yoojin and Hyran been with this company for so long and they still can't have cellphones? that's BS. As I read more about Brave I do not like him.

Itismoot Thursday, May 19, 2016

Lol, let em have cellphones.  Least they can dial SOS for emergencies.

Qricket Thursday, May 19, 2016

Pussycat Dolls? Well, they go for more provocative concepts, since PD was known as a sexy group.

ramdn Wednesday, May 18, 2016

I had no idea they were still a group, I can't remember any of the members, so who's new?and I don't think Pussy Cat Dolls are a good example, only one girl had lines, and screen time lol

In Korea, Mobile Phones -> Smart Phones, which not only makes calls, but also open to the world of Internet, SNS, and it comes along with "haters", "antis", SNS Account hacking, spam calls (2PM's Taecyeon and SNSD's Taeyeon) and others. Maybe their agency's boss is being too protective over them. I dun think the reason for the lack of phones is to prevent the girls from dating others or exchanging numbers etc.

Winston Wednesday, May 18, 2016

I remember when Brave Brothers went on Radio Star, he was introduced as the guy who made many girl group hit songs but is unable to make his OWN girl group famous. lol I think maybe the songs he write for others pay much better than those he writes for his own girl group.

I'm sorry but After School had the Korean PCD tittle since debut... so... pick another one

Rockram Wednesday, May 18, 2016

I'm sorry but that Brave Bros guy sounds like a real asshole.

ramdn Rockram Wednesday, May 18, 2016

all companies do the same

Tzustice ramdn Wednesday, May 18, 2016

Lmao no they don't. Twice have always had their phones since before and after their debut. It's a basic human right that I can't believe people think Korean idols shouldn't have.

krell Wednesday, May 18, 2016

It seems *odd* to me that you could actually *prevent* someone from owning a personal cell phone. I suppose IF they did NOT have the MONEY to pay to have one and an account for it; that would be a way. But, it just seems ODD to the point of being ILLEGAL. I realize we are talking S.KOREA Law here.

CalB90 krell Wednesday, May 18, 2016

Indeed. A cell phone should be considered essential for emergencies at the least. As for payments, if they can't pay the monthly contract, pay as you go is the cheaper option lol.

krell CalB90 Wednesday, May 18, 2016

Yes, I was thinking (asking) IF it would be possible to SPECIFY in a CONTRACT such that your K-pop Agency has TOTAL CONTROL over your Cell Phone use. Which, again, it SEEMS ILLEGAL. Again, it is S.KOREA Law that applies. It seems ODD what the BRAVE GIRLS Idols said with regard to their cell phone situation.

krell CalB90 Wednesday, May 18, 2016

Also, MAYBE this is an AKP 'Translation' situation. Where what AKP *translates* the BRAVE GIRLS Idols as saying it, is NOT quite what was meant in KOREAN Language.

krell CalB90 Wednesday, May 18, 2016

(Joking) MAYBE the 'Cell Phone Control' by the AGENCY; is based on INTIMIDATION! Say IF any BRAVE GIRL uses a CELL PHONE; then the AGENCY will only pay for BAD FOOD for them to eat it! ... ;-)

Winston CalB90 Wednesday, May 18, 2016

Well the girls are always with each other and their agency staff, be it manager, stylist or codi etc. so they are always taken care of by someone

Winston krell Wednesday, May 18, 2016

I dun think its a Clause in a contract per se, but its more like something the "boss" dun want you to have, and you Could technically go and apply for one or get a phone with a pre-paid card, but it will be like hiding to eat pizza in the dorm when the manager isnt around, not illegal but surely not allowed in company rules.

karakamilia Wednesday, May 18, 2016

Wtf am I reading. If they became #1 singers is really hard. But did he really say that if they become #1, they should stay further from cell phones ? Wow, talk about strict.

Winston karakamilia Wednesday, May 18, 2016

I think he means that when you become #1 you get a lot of hate also. See "TWICE" "GFRIEND" etc and that he probably dun want them to read online hate comments about themselves or do things like INSTA or Tweet from mobile phone and such and get into trouble.
