Choiza's agency Amoeba Culture previously said that they would not overlook the fact that his privacy was exposed through the picture of his wallet flooding the internet. They now backed up their word by revealing to Sports DongA that they were preparing legal action against the perpetrator.

The agency said on June 25, "It is Choiza's wallet in the picture circulating on-line. We are in the midst of preparing legal action against the first circulator. We have not yet made the report, but revealing a person's personal item without permission will certainly not go unpunished."
Meanwhile, SM Entertainment still remains tightlipped about the situation, which also involves f(x)'s Sulli.
