On January 30, MBC's 'Truth Explorers' dug into the ongoing controversy surrounding the relationship between Sechskies member Kang Sung Hoon and his female fanclub manager, 'Hoony World' president Ms. Park.
Previously, Kang Sung Hoon's longtime fans spoke up with accusations toward 'Hoony World', alleging that the fanclub embezzled money raised through fan events for personal use. The issue then escalated as Kang Sung Hoon also faced accusations of embezzling fanclub profits.
Through an interview with 'Truth Explorers', Kang Sung Hoon fans opened up about confusion regarding Ms. Park's identity, as her "title" changed over the years. At first, she was addressed as an individual unrelated to Kang Sung Hoon, then as his coordinator, then the fanclub manager, but fans' suspicions peaked as they spotted Park attending overseas weddings with Kang Sung Hoon.
Then, an individual named Mr. Park visited MBC in order to explain, "'Hoony World' has no staff. I simply allowed her to use my name," as Park has received numerous inquiries regarding 'Hoony World' due to the fact that the fanclub was registered as an organization in his name. The man then added on that he had no involvement in any 'Hoony World' matters, and that his younger sister Ms. Park and Kang Sung Hoon manage all operations.
Furthermore, Park revealed, "What I want to reveal is that the two rely on each other for a joint income, and are married in a financial sense, just without a marriage license. Because they live together."
The reason Park chose to come forward about his sister seemed to be the fact that because his name was used for the organization 'Hoony World', Park now faces tax evasion accusations amount to over 20,000,000 KRW (~ $18,000 USD). Park further relayed, "My sister keeps asking me to wait, but she has broken our promise 3 times. She's not answering my calls anymore."
According to 'Truth Explorers', police investigation involving Ms. Park, Kang Sung Hoon, and the fanclub members who submitted a suit against the two is still ongoing.

so in other words this whole segment is just a bunch of blah blah blah, all talk no
proof, im just gonna wait till the police investigation sheds more light on what really went down before forming a opinion , whoever is guilty for embezzling the funds ( whether its hooney and the manager or
someone else , i hope it all comes to light and justice gets served .
