On June 27, broadcaster Pungja shared a photo on her social media.
The photo features Pungja alongside singers Dara, JeA, and Hwangbo. It appears they visited the late Lee Hee Chul’s family home to spend time together. They also tagged his social media account in the post.

Dara also posted the same photo with the caption, “Hee Chul, whom I always miss. I’ll always remember you, my friend. A day spent with your mom, dad, Candy & Poongwol.” JeA and Hwangbo also added comments, saying, “A day the table legs broke from all the food,” and “Thanks to Tori, the imperial alliance of Hwangbo, JeA, Sandara Park, and Pungja (HwangJeSanPung) was formed.”
Hwangbo, JeA, and Dara were introduced as close friends of Lee Hee Chul on the variety show 'Mr. House Husband 2,' in which he appeared. They had supported him when he opened a pop-up store, and Hwangbo shared that the group had spent Christmas together for seven consecutive years. Pungja has since joined them in remembering their late friend.

Lee Hee Chul, originally a photographer, had also worked as a restaurant owner, YouTuber, and visual director during his lifetime. He appeared on KBS variety show 'Mr. House Husband 2' in 2023, but tragically passed away on January 7 of this year from a sudden myocardial infarction.
The sad news was delivered by Pungja, who said, “Our dearly beloved Seoul Salon’s Lee Hee Chul oppa has become a star in the sky today. Please pray that he can go to a better place.” Many voices from the entertainment industry expressed their condolences following the announcement.
