Netizens are reacting to an unexpected interaction between Giselle and Sik-K.
On an online forum, users are discussing a past Instagram post made by the aespa member on her personal account on May 27. The post featured a series of selfies and random images from the Internet, accompanied by the song "LOV3 (feat. Bryan Chase and Okasian)" by Sik-K and Lil Moshpit.
After apparently discovering that his song had been featured in the post, Sik-K himself appeared in her comments section and wrote:
"Have to show it again"

Giselle liked the comment, which led to even more surprise among netizens, especially those who were unaware that she had any interaction with the rapper.
One of the main points of discussion was Sik-K’s current public image and legal status. The rapper was recently sentenced to probation for illegal drug use. In early May, the Seoul Western District Court sentenced him to 10 years in prison, suspended by a 2-year probationary period.
Previously, Sik-K had turned himself in at a police station in Yongsan-gu, Seoul, for possession and use of illegal drugs. Upon investigation, it was revealed that he had used substances such as ketamine and ecstasy in October 2023 and marijuana in January 2024.
Netizens expressed surprise and disapproval over the interaction, questioning why Giselle, as a top female idol, would choose a song by a convicted rapper and then go on to engage with him publicly, seeing how her song choice was also what drew attention to the post in the first place. Meanwhile, others did not consider the interaction a 'big deal,' arguing that Giselle herself has no involvement with drugs.
Reactions include:
"Wait, isn’t he the rapper who did drugs…?"
"Hul……"
"Isn’t he a drug offender?"
"Druggie."
"Dang… of all people, a girl group member.."
"What the......"
"Seriously, was that necessary?"
"Drugs............really?"
"Probably best not to mention him—he has a drug record…"
"More than Giselle being friends with Sik-K, I dislike the original poster pretending to be innocent while reviving this 4-week-old topic ㅋㅋ"
"Why is it always rappers... aespa really lacks that idol sensitivity, they totally feel like muggles."
"Oh, so he did do drugs."
"But it’s not like Giselle did drugs herself, do we really need to censor every little thing like this...?"
"Nobody would have accused her of anything if she didn’t hit Like..."
"Liking a comment about a drug-using rapper from the group's official account that all the fans see… that’s genuinely surprising..."
"That's shady."
"They’re really close with each other."
"This is honestly fascinating..."
"This one does feel kind of unnecessary."
Although the post is now over a month old, many netizens are only just discovering the interaction and are actively discussing it. What are your thoughts?
