Super Junior's Heechul has openly declared that he has no intention of getting married.
On the June 29 broadcast of SBS variety show 'My Little Old Boy', Lee Sang Min, Lee Dong Gun, and Heechul had a candid conversation about marriage, divorce, and property division with divorce lawyers. Heechul especially drew attention with his firm stance when asked about dividing assets.

When lawyer Park Min Chul asked, "What would you do if your wife wanted the house to be under joint ownership after marriage?" Heechul immediately responded, "No, I don’t want that. It’s mine. I bought that house with the money I worked hard to save as part of Super Junior and through 'My Little Old Boy'. Why should I give it away?" firmly rejecting the idea.
When the lawyers explained that "if the spouse's contribution during the marriage is recognized, they can claim a share of the property," Heechul was visibly shocked and shouted, "Then I’m not getting married!" drawing laughter from the studio.

Lawyer Yang Na Rae further explained, "Legally, if the marriage lasts a long time and there are children, the spouse’s contribution is recognized, and the property can be subject to division. Even if the house is solely under your name, it’s hard to argue that it’s 100% yours."
The episode also featured Lee Dong Gun’s personal experiences with divorce and Lee Sang Min’s thoughts on preparing for remarriage. Lawyer Park Min Chul humorously pointed out Heechul as "probably the most difficult client to represent in a divorce" and joked, "There would probably be around 20 characters involved in his case," causing another round of laughter.
SBS’s 'My Little Old Boy' airs every Sunday at 9 PM.
