Actress and former Girl’s Day member Hyeri couldn’t hold back her tears as her younger sister tied the knot.
Hyeri’s sister, Lee Hyerim, married her non-celebrity boyfriend over the weekend after nearly ten years of dating. Becoming a bride before her famous sister, Lee Hyerim captured attention with her elegant beauty, which had already made her a minor online celebrity. She has previously appeared on Hyeri’s YouTube channel and currently boasts over 110,000 followers as an influencer.
Photos from the wedding show Hyeri wiping away tears during the ceremony. A guest who attended the wedding shared the heartfelt moment online, revealing that Hyeri was so emotional her tissues were soaked.
Meanwhile, Hyeri is set to return to the small screen next year with ENA’s upcoming drama "To You, My Dream", a romantic comedy about the reunion of a once-promising film director (played by Hwang Inyeop) and a struggling reporter (played by Hyeri) who has forgotten her own dreams.
She will also appear in "Mystery Squad Season 2" on Netflix and continues to engage with fans through her personal YouTube channel.
