IVE has unveiled the behind-the-scenes footage of their dance practice for their latest track, "Rebel Heart".
Starship Entertainment recently uploaded a dance practice video on IVE’s official channel, showcasing the group’s preparation for "Rebel Heart", the pre-release track from their third mini-album, 'IVE EMPATHY'.
Dressed in casual outfits, the members entered the practice room in a lively atmosphere, ready to tackle their choreography. Despite the intensity of the session, IVE remained fully focused, absorbing every movement and formation with precision. Their enthusiasm never wavered, even as they repeated the routines multiple times.
At the end of the first day of practice, Rei, catching her breath, shared her thoughts: “We worked hard to learn up to the first verse. Today is also our third debut anniversary, so learning new choreography on such a special day feels really meaningful. We’ll do our best, so please look forward to it!”
Their dedication carried through the following sessions. The members meticulously fine-tuned their angles and movement intensity, offering their own suggestions to enhance the performance. Gaeul even stepped up to create gestures and choreography for a specific part, impressing everyone with her creativity.
To maintain a positive atmosphere, the members encouraged each other through hand-holding, playful teasing, and lighthearted moments. Their camaraderie allowed for an open exchange of ideas, ultimately refining the performance. Even without makeup, IVE’s flawless visuals stood out, reinforcing their reputation as a “center-visual” group.
By the final practice session, their efforts had paid off. Performing in front of the dance team, they showcased a significantly more polished routine—smoother transitions, sharper movements, and expressive facial control. It was a testament to why IVE continues to be recognized as a “complete group” in the industry.
First released on January 13th, "Rebel Heart" from 'IVE EMPATHY' narrates the march of rebellious individuals uniting for a cause. The track achieved a Perfect All-Kill (PAK) on major domestic music charts and secured 11 music show wins, further solidifying IVE’s dominance as a streaming powerhouse.
