Accuser who claimed Jo Byung Kyu was a school bully, refuses to comply with the police

AKP STAFF

The suspicion of school violence against Jo Byung Kyu, who is gearing up for his comeback with 'The Uncanny Counter 2' has persisted for six years, and it has recently been revealed that the accuser in New Zealand is refusing to cooperate with the police's request to return to South Korea.

The first allegation of school violence against Jo Byung Kyu surfaced in 2018. At the time, the actor vehemently denied accusations and personally issued a detailed explanation. He explained, "I garnered attention when I was in school because I acted and people thought I was not a diligent student."

However, the allegations of school bullying resurfaced in 2021.

In 2021, the accuser, who claimed to be a victim of Jo Byung Kyu's school bullying, stated that the actor made obscene jokes about women and even talked about smoking weed with his friends.

The accuser claimed that Jo Byung Kyu bullied him when they went to school together in New Zealand. The accuser claimed that he had to buy food for Jo Byung Kyu, pay for his Karaoke, and was also beaten with an umbrella by the actor.

Following the accusation, more alleged victims stepped up, claiming that Jo Byung Kyu was a school bully. However, the actor denied all allegations and requested a police investigation.

Currently, it has been revealed that the accuser in New Zealand is refusing to comply with the Police request that they come to South Korea for the investigation of the school bullying allegations.

Back in February 2021, Jo Byung Kyu's agency stated that the New Zealand accuser allegedly sent an apology letter stating that the online claims about the school bullying were all false.

However, soon after, the New Zealand accuser claimed that they did not write the letter, but the 'apology letter' was written and posted by an acquaintance without permission.

Since then, the feud over school bullying has continued to this day, and some netizens have raised criticisms against Jo Byung Kyu, who is continuing his activities despite the controversy.

Meanwhile, Jo Byung Kyu stars in the second season of the popular series 'The Uncanny Counter' airing on July 29.

Why would he not carry on with his career? Anyone can make allegations about anything, but then they have to prove it - and the proof seems to be singularly missing in this case. Now the accuser has decided to stay safely in NZ and snipe from the sidelines? If there really was a case to answer, and they wanted justice, they'd go to South Korea as requested, and get justice. Have the others who came forward provided any proof?

.

Why isn't this case being investigated in New Zealand where it happened? Why didn't they complain to the police there?

.

This thing where netizens believe anyone who makes unsubstantiated allegations online needs to stop, it's damaging careers without reason, and is, in itself, cyberbullying.

The actor shouldn't stop what he's doing because of a baseless accusation that happened in New Zealand while he was an elementary school student. To expect him to do so is just ridiculous.

But I have this question. If the alleged bullying took place in New Zealand and the accuser still lives in New Zealand, why must the accuser go to South Korea to cooperate with the police? This part doesn't make sense to me.

I am also of this opinion: This accuser is still blowing smoke after six years because he's getting attention for it. It's probably the only notable thing in his life, that he was once acquainted with a famous young actor in South Korea. ¯\_😯_/¯
