Holly shiet am i the only one who read "hasent eaten in 2 years"... was gonna say she took her diet to the next level 😓

intricate Thursday, March 9, 2017

well.. ramen is pretty unhealthy, so cutting it out of your diet would definitely improve it!

intricate Thursday, March 9, 2017

so... anybody else who think blond hair looks better on solbin?

alicehalf Thursday, March 9, 2017

Instant Ramen? Good it's not in your diet, it's bad as fuck as junk food. Better to eat vegetables.

azzora8 alicehalf Thursday, March 9, 2017

lol can a person please eat something with rich flavours once in a while? damn you don't have to go that hard core in being healthy. what is there left in life if you do everything that's strictly rational

despacito azzora8 Thursday, March 9, 2017

Veggies and fruits are the best thing ever! You just have to cook them well

periel azzora8 Friday, March 10, 2017

it's not just about gaining weight ,instant ramen causes other major health problems if you want flavor you're better off eating home made foods or in restaurants better than factory produced foods

Chrysantheneum periel Friday, March 10, 2017

Not that restaurants are automatically healthy

alicehalf azzora8 Friday, March 10, 2017

If you think instant ramen is something rich with flavor, than I think you are the one who left a lot in your life. Being healthy is to eat better product : organic food, fresh product without conservative agent, gluten or chemical additives etc. That's why most of poor people in developed country are so fat : they only eat industrial/transformed/factured food in a great packaging. The greatest food never need to be hide in a packaging...

periel Chrysantheneum Monday, March 13, 2017

at least restaurant food won't kill you , you just have to know where you're eating

azzora8 alicehalf Monday, March 13, 2017

okay. can we just sit for a minute and think what a great invention it was? like okay it might not be healthy, but it fixes you a meal in seconds and it really has many taste possibilities. and really it is unhealthy because they want to give it a rich taste. but yeah it can be that you don't agree of the taste. if you like veggies good for you, I Do too. but i enjoy ramyun once in a while. and yes to me enjoying little things can also add up to enjoying life

periel azzora8 Tuesday, March 14, 2017

i agree it's very helpful when you're in a rush and i myself enjoy it once in a whle

plebz Thursday, March 9, 2017

she's not even starving, she just said she hasn't ate ramen lol ... which isn't healthy in the first place so its not a big deal

stopandplay plebz Thursday, March 9, 2017

Please read this:

BlingerJ95 Thursday, March 9, 2017

People saying she is starving when she is just saying she didn't eat ramen for two years. That's not starving that is self discipline. Do I agree with her denying herself ramen? No, once in a while eating something like that should be fine. But don't go immediate to starving herself. You don't know her diet and neither do I. If she is starving then yeah girl go eat something, but if she isn't then don't assume she is.

intricate BlingerJ95 Thursday, March 9, 2017

maybe she simply stopped eating it without having any particular desire for it afterwards.. like getting rid of one habit and replacing it with another. It's just like, that now that she's presented with it again she's going to enjoy it, sort of thing?

azzora8 intricate Thursday, March 9, 2017

yeah sure, that's possible.

stopandplay BlingerJ95 Thursday, March 9, 2017 She used to live on less than 200 kcal a day

BlingerJ95 stopandplay Friday, March 10, 2017

I hadn't seen that article before and I hope she doesn't do that anymore. My point still stands that not eating ramen doesn't equal to starving but I see why people would assume she is if they have read that article before (and with how the industry works, encouraging girls to be thin). I hope she is maintaining her weight in a healthy way and that people aren't pushing her to lose weight.

faycakex Thursday, March 9, 2017

Why do idols think starving is the best method? You lose so much vitamins and weight of course. But you lose the weight temporarily. And then you would gain them back again. Why can't they just work out. Work out and eat healthy. Yall still can eat rice ( brown rice ) breast chicken, healthy pizza and so on. What do they survive on? air?

intricate faycakex Thursday, March 9, 2017

because all she ate was ramen huh..

Nutelladela Thursday, March 9, 2017

literally girl all you have to do is eat healthy and exercise regularly and you'll be able to have at least a cheat meal a week. I dropped 50 pounds literally just getting healthier and exercising more, I know for a fact that it's possible to attain a "kpop body" without starving yourself. Starvation is just the lazy way of doing it.

T_sinis Nutelladela Thursday, March 9, 2017

yeah because they don't put effort into exercise

plebz Nutelladela Thursday, March 9, 2017

losing 50lbs from 500 isn't that impressive

intricate Nutelladela Thursday, March 9, 2017

because all she ate was ramen huh..

Nutelladela plebz Thursday, March 9, 2017

I lost 50 lbs from 140, chill out edgelord

Nutelladela intricate Thursday, March 9, 2017

it seems a bit much not to touch ramen for 2 years and say things like "wow, it's real human food!" If you have a normal diet, anyone should be able to afford to eat ramen or any cheat meal at least once a week

intricate Nutelladela Thursday, March 9, 2017

or maybe... you know... she just ate other stuff that is actually healthy, and just as tasty?

Nutelladela intricate Thursday, March 9, 2017

or can stop being passive aggressive and learn to have a conversation? If you think I'm wrong you could tell me without being an actual dick about it.

intricate Nutelladela Friday, March 10, 2017

i don't think that term means what you think it means. Anyway... yes you are wrong, because she ate other things, just not ramen anymore, because that shit's unhealthy as fuck.

liviekate Thursday, March 9, 2017

"real human food" ....jesus..... what are they making her eat?

kpophilippines liviekate Thursday, March 9, 2017

hahaha, plastic food.

kpopisbaebae Thursday, March 9, 2017

that is something that can be easily cut off. if she said rice , then i would have been like noooo
