Singer Jukjae and broadcaster Heo Song Yeon announce upcoming marriage.
Jukjae (36), known for his emotionally rich ballads, is preparing to tie the knot with broadcaster Heo Song Yeon (33), the older sister of KARA member Heo Youngji.
On July 1 KST, a representative from Jukjae’s agency Abyss Company confirmed the news, saying, “It’s true that Jukjae is preparing for marriage.”
Earlier that day, local media reported that the couple had been dating for some time and recently decided to get married. They are currently said to be in the midst of wedding preparations, including visiting dress shops together.
Jukjae made his debut in 2014 with the album 'A Word', and rose to fame with heartfelt tracks such as “Let’s Go See the Stars” and “Walk With Me.” He is well known for his tender vocal style and lyrical songwriting.
Heo Song-yeon, a former announcer, is now active as a TV personality and YouTuber. She is also widely recognized as the elder sister of KARA’s Heo Youngji. The two sisters currently run a joint YouTube channel titled “Heo Sisters.”
