BTS is set to release their first-ever live concert album, 'PERMISSION TO DANCE ON STAGE - LIVE', on June 18 at 1 PM (KST).
This album encapsulates the electrifying energy of the group’s 'PERMISSION TO DANCE ON STAGE' tour, which took place from 2021 to 2022. The tour spanned 12 performances across three major cities—Seoul, Los Angeles, and Las Vegas—and brought BTS face-to-face with over 4 million ARMYs both in-person and online.
Notably, BTS became the first Korean act to set concert milestones by performing at SoFi Stadium in Los Angeles and Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas, two of the largest venues in the United States.
The album includes 22 hit songs performed during the tour, such as “ON,” “FIRE,” “Dope,” and “IDOL.” It preserves the raw vocals of BTS and the thunderous cheers of the audience, offering fans an immersive replay of those unforgettable nights.
BIGHIT MUSIC commented, “We hope this album brings back special memories from the tour,” and added, “May every moment shared with BTS continue to shine in your hearts.”
Meanwhile, BTS is reportedly working on a new full-group album following their military service hiatus. Production has begun this year, with a release expected in the first half of next year.
